A subscription keeps charging after that; a credit pack is paid once, nothing renews, and unused credits stay in your account. Every price is fixed in credits before you press Generate, and failed generations return their credits.

Credits from packs never expire; they stay in your account until you use them.
Per credit. Every action has a fixed credit price shown on the button: a 1K image is 4 credits, a 2K image 5, and a 10-second 720p video starts at 15. Failed generations return their credits.
Use the free credits for the first one, then the Starter pack ($9.90, 120 credits) covers about 30 more 1K images. Nothing renews.
Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically. For anything about a purchase, open a support ticket from your account and we will look into it.
